
Josh earned a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University in 2008 and married his wife, Christina, in Seattle in 2010. A native of Great Falls, Josh moved back to his hometown to partner as a financial advisor with his father, Tom. Since then, Josh and Christina have added two girls, Eliza and Charlotte, and one giant dog named Ullr. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and experiencing all that Montana has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing. In 2023, Josh achieved his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) as well as his National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) certifications. Josh became a Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) in 2025 in order to help clients better navigate the transition into retirement.

Kasandra began her finance and banking career in 2008 as a Teller and worked her way up to Service Manager. Born and raised in Great Falls, Kasandra married her high school sweetheart, Drew, in 2011 and they now have three daughters – Izzy, Stella, and Sutton – and one son named Soren. Kasandra enjoys spending time with her husband and kids by going on camping trips, swimming, attending barbecues, going on walks, and having fun at the park.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Montana State University in 2016 and has found ways to stay a part of the Bozeman community ever since. Born and raised in Telluride, Colorado. Ryan moved to British Columbia in high school to play hockey before settling in Montana for university. Ryan found his way into the financial services world through insurance. Starting out underwriting international shipping and customs insurance, he then moved to selling property and casualty insurance with Allstate before taking another step deeper into financial services. After a few years consulting financial advisors as an annuity and life insurance specialist, Ryan made the move to Big Sky Wealth Advisors to work directly with clients. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys seeing live music and getting out into the mountains no matter the season.
